Overview: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Consultants to join our sales team in Portugal. This position is commission-based, meaning you will be compensated based on the sales you close. We have a very interesting commission-based plan, designed to reward high performance and offer substantial earnings based on your sales achievements. 

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, promoting Black Drop’s innovative products and solutions, and making direct sales to potential customers, particularly in the academic and research sectors.

 Your profile:

• Identify and prospect new potential customers in the EMEA region, especially in research centers and universities.

• Promote Black Drop’s 3D bioprinting solutions, including bioprinters and bioinks, to potential customers.

• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing continuous support and service.

• Achieve sales targets independently, working towards business growth.

• Report sales activities and customer interactions to the sales team.

• Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective follow-up.

Desired Profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the technology or biotechnology sectors.

• Strong interest in 3D bioprinting and its applications in biotechnology and scientific research.

• Ability to build relationships and engage clients effectively.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales goals.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Other language is plus.

• Proactive, ambitious, and motivated to succeed in a competitive sales environment

• Availability to work remotely or on-site depending on the client’s location.
